Pest Control Services

Treatment for the pests that find their way indoors, matched to the signs you have spotted.

What I Treat

Every Treatment Starts With The Pest In Front Of Me

Each pest lives and moves differently, so each one gets its own approach rather than a single spray for everything.

Ant Control

I follow the trail back to the colony and treat it there, so the line on your counter stops at the source.

Cockroach Control

Gel baits go into the warm cracks behind appliances where they shelter, reaching the ones that stay out of sight.

Rodent Control

Traps handle the mice already inside, and the holes they squeeze through get sealed so new ones cannot follow.

Bed Bug Control

Seams, frames and headboards get checked closely, then treated in rounds so hatching eggs are caught too.

Spider And Wasp Control

Webs cleared from eaves and corners, and wasp nests near doors or under roof edges removed safely.

Flea And Mosquito Control

Indoor flea treatment for carpets and pet bedding, plus yard work aimed at the damp spots mosquitoes breed in.

Keeping Them Out

Where Pests Usually Slip In

Clearing out what is already inside is only half the job. While I am there, I look for the openings they used and close the ones I can.

Doors And Thresholds

Worn sweeps and gaps under exterior doors are an open invitation for mice, spiders and crawling insects.

Pipe And Cable Runs

Holes cut for plumbing and wiring are rarely sealed tightly, and pests follow them straight into walls.

Vents And Weep Holes

Damaged screens on dryer, roof and foundation vents let rodents and wasps set up home indoors.

Foundation Cracks

Small cracks along the base of the house give ants and cockroaches a sheltered path inside.

Treatment Questions

What People Want To Know About Treatment

The practical side of a visit, answered before you book. Anything else, send it my way.

Droppings, shed skins, bite patterns and damage are all distinct. Most of the time the signs alone are enough, and a photo you send beforehand helps too.

Baits and dusts have little or no odor. Sprays can leave a faint smell that clears once the room has been aired out.

Let me know. Some pests need a second round by nature, and a return visit lets me check whether a new entry point has opened up.

Yes. Perimeter and yard treatments often stop the problem before it reaches the house, especially for ants, spiders and mosquitoes.

Usually not. For cockroach work I may ask you to clear the cupboard under the sink so I can reach the back corners.
